The Rack Workout Station
I saw the info-mercial and yelled " I need that!" And of course my wide ZEE heard me, and low and behold, my birthday gift was the Rack! lol Opened the box and assembled it (Very easy) and stood it up "it looks like an old man walker!" haha but maybe for a solid built old man. Tried it out, and I must say it is endless what you can do on this equipment. I put it next to my chin up bar, and I am all over them. Before breakfast, before Dinner, Before Leaving the house, Walking in the house. I'm like a kid on this thing. I don't know how long the attraction will last. But so far I feel great after using the Rack and will probably use it on my days off from the GYM and on days I cant make it to the Gym as well. Great stuff.
